3. International Sourcing (UAE Warehouse)
Certain products are sourced from our UAE warehouse and shipped directly to Egypt. Please note that delivery timelines for internationally sourced items differ from local orders.

Customs & Clearance Notice: Internationally sourced orders are subject to Egyptian customs clearance. In some cases, customs processing may extend the delivery timeline by up to 14 additional working days. While this is uncommon, incrediDeals cannot guarantee customs processing times and is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities. |
4. Store Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? Store pickup is available for items that are in stock and sourced from our Cairo warehouse.

How It Works: Select “Store Pickup” at checkout for any eligible in-stock item. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up.
Eligibility: Store pickup is available only for items sourced from our Cairo warehouse. Internationally sourced items are not eligible for store pickup. |
5. Peak Season Advisory
During high-demand periods (e.g., product launches, Black Friday, holiday seasons), delivery times may be extended due to increased order volumes and carrier capacity constraints.

Peak Season Delivery: Aramex deliveries may take up to 5 working days during peak seasons, subject to Aramex’s operational capacity. We recommend placing orders early to avoid potential delays. |
6. Important Notes

Payment Verification: Processing times may vary if your bank requires additional payment verification or identity checks. Orders are dispatched only after full payment confirmation is received.
Working Days: All delivery estimates are counted in working days, which exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays in Egypt.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. |
