1. General Return Window

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Unsealed Electronics: Any device (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.) where the factory box seal has been broken. • Accessories: Cases, covers, bands, screen protectors, chargers, and similar add-ons. • Discounted Items: Sale items, trade-in products, and gift cards. • Custom & Personalised Products: Engraved items, special orders, or personalised configurations. |
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at 010 1203 3667 or info@incredideals.co to submit your return request.
2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the shipping address.
3. Ship the item back. Depending on the reason for return, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label, or you may be responsible for shipping the item to our designated address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly. Do not discard the packaging until the matter is resolved. |

6. Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status via email or phone. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 working days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once accepted, place a separate order for the replacement. This ensures you receive your new item without unnecessary delays.

Wrong Product Received? If you received an incorrect item, you are entitled to a free exchange within 14 days of the invoice date, provided the package remains sealed and in its original condition. |
